A Chai-deprived Entry 2003-11-12

Well, damn it all. The water heater at Starbucks was busted this morning. Which means /me didn't get his regular jolt of Chai. So please pardon if my ass is dragging.

I'm feeling much better, by the way. Thanks for asking. The cold is nearly gone. It's been trying to be all clingy and shit, but I don't put up with that sort of nonsense.

In other, really really good news. My girlfriend and I are going on a date later this week. Is that sounding a little too sappy for you? Well, don't worry. While the majority of me is excited, and sappy, and cute and shit... there's a little part of me that's muttering very quietly: "It's about goddamn time."
