More Nitrous Oxide, Doc. 2002-12-12

Okay, you know how when someone says, "Things couldn't get any worse," they usually do? How come when someone says, "Things couldn't be better," it automatically means that things are going to start getting worse?

I'm having this irrational sort of fear right now. Because I get the feeling sometimes that things couldn't. Get any better, I mean. Life feels great. And so of course I keep looking down to see when I'm stepping off a cliff.

It's making me wary. I'm not sure why.

Blah. Whatever. It could just be the season. Christmas always gets me in a wierd funk.
